Ronald L. Hibbert, 56, died Tuesday May 17, 2011 at the Visiting Nurse and Hospice Home. Born in Ft. Wayne to Nolan and the late Betty Hibbert, he was a 1972 graduate of Huntington North High School. Ron worked at Steel Dynamics as a L.M.F. 2nd Helper. Ron was an avid bowler and a coach to high school and youth bowling for many years. Ron was an outstanding guy and friend respected by all with a passion for life. Surviving are his wife of 24 years Margaret Hibbert, Ft. Wayne, IN daughter, Ashlee Hibbert, Ft. Wayne, son, Zach Hibbert, USMC, Camp Lejuene, NC, father with special friend, Nolan Hibbert and (Rosemary), Huntington, IN, sister, Julie (Jerry) Crow, Uniondale, IN, mother-in-law, Lee Worrel, Ft. Wayne, IN, brothers& sisters-in-law, Mike Worrel, Roanoke, IN, Bill (Jan) Worrel, Sarasota, FL, Dave (Nancy) Worrel, Ft. Wayne, Bob (Sheila) Worrel, Ossian, IN, Many nieces, nephews and great-nieces and nephews. Services are 11 a.m. Saturday May 21, 2011 at Covington Memorial Funeral Home 8408 Covington Rd, with calling 1 hour prior to service. There is also calling Friday 2-5 & 7-9 at the funeral home.
