Ronald Lee Ozbun, 83 of Auburn, passed away and went to be with the Lord on October 9, 2026. He was born on April 26, 1943, in Springfield, Missouri, to Jonathan Clifford and Catherine Francis (Lunday) Ozbun. He married Elaine Krider; she survives.

Ronald graduated from Lynn High School in Lynn, Indiana, with the Class of 1961 and attended Taylor University in Upland, Indiana, in 1962. He proudly served 20 years in the military, four being in the United States Air Force, enlisting on June 4, 1964, and the remaining 16 years in the Indiana Air National Guard in Fort Wayne.

He is survived by his wife, Elaine; three sons, Todd (Regina), Timothy, and Matthew; stepson, Stuart (Kelly); brother, John Clifford (Linda); sister, Bethany Ann Meter (Larry); grandson, Eric; granddaughter, Abby; two great-grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.

Services were private.

He will be remembered by his family and loved ones for the life he shared with them and his dedicated service to his country.
