Rosemary (Balbaugh) Hamrick, 83, died Friday October 18, 2013 at Parkview Regional Medical Ctr. surrounded by her children. She was born May 16, 1930 in Fort Wayne, IN to the late Ervin and Vera Balbaugh. Her life was her family and being a homemaker. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. Rose had a special place in her heart for her entire family.

She leaves to cherish her memory, her husband who she married February 26, 1949, Paul W. Hamrick, sons, Mike (Kathy) Hamrick, Terry (Fawn) Hamrick, daughters, Paula (Dana Bishop) Johnson, Becky (Leo) King, Susan (Troy Woods) Mast, son-in laws Kevin Scherer and Kevin Crouch, 16 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by daughters Debbie Crouch and Cindy Scherer, grandson, Joey Stump and brother, Maynard Balbaugh.

Service will be 1:00 p.m. Wednesday October 23, 2013 at Covington Memorial Funeral Home 8408 Covington Rd. with calling 1 hour prior to service. There will also be calling Tuesday October 22, 2013 4-8 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will in Covington Memorial Gardens. Preferred memorials to; Heritage Park Dream Catchers.
