Roseanna F. Houser, 66, of Fort Wayne, passed away on Thursday, December 22, 2011 at Lutheran Hospital. Born in Ashville, Pennsylvania, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Venna Yonkoski. She was a Volunteer for the SW Conservation Club and a member of the Eagles 248.
She is survived by her husband of 48 years, William Curtis Houser, Jr.; son and daughter in law, William III and Amanda Houser of Fort Wayne; sisters, Sophie Kay (Jim) Wormcastle of Dunfee and Jeanie Majka of Fort Wayne; and four grandsons, William IV, Dylan, Aiden and Landon.
She is preceded in death by two sisters, Nancy Whitemore and Ruth Helland.
Funeral Service is 11 a.m. Wednesday, December 28, 2011 at Covington Memorial Funeral Home, 8408 Covington Road, with calling one hour prior. Pastor Bob Arenobine officiating. Calling is also 4 to 7 Tuesday. She will be laid to rest at Covington memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers memorial are to American Cancer Society.
