Sandra K. (Burhenn) Ladd, Age 81, passed on January 22, 2023 , at Kingston Nursing Home, Fort Wayne IN.
She was born in Muncie IN on August 12, 1941, to Clarence W. and Ruby E. (Sewell) Burhenn.  She was a 1959 graduate of Yorktown High School.   She retired after a long career at ITT in Fort Wayne.  She enjoyed sewing, golf, pickle ball and traveling.  She was a member of Brookside Church.
Survivors include her sister, Sharon L. Hiatt, three wonderful nephews, Jeffrey D. Phelps, Wade R.  Phelps, and Todd A. Phelps. , brother-in-law Douglas R. Phelps.  Many great nieces and nephews and special friends Jo Ellen Lauer and Doug and Deb Bowman, as well as many friends and co-workers.
She was preceded in death by her husband, James Ladd, her parents, Clarence and Ruby Burhenn, and her sister, Linda S. Phelps.
Calling will start at 1:00 pm with services at 2:00 on Sunday January 29, 2023 at Covington Memorial Funeral Home, 8408 Covington Rd, Ft. Wayne IN. Memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
