Sandra K. Smith 67 died Friday at Lutheran Hospital. Born in Peru, Indiana to the late Claude and Mildred Baumgartner. Sandra was a dietary nurse at St. Anne Home for 7 years. Surviving are her son Roger Smith, Convoy, OH, brother-in-laws, Terry Smith, Ed (Mary) Smith, Bob (Judy) Smith, Jack (Jan) Smith, Don (Connie) Smith and faithful companion "Baby", many nieces and nephews and a host of friends. Preceded in death, husband Jerry Smith and son Jeffery Lynn Smith. Memorial calling is 1-4 p.m. Saturday February 5 at Covington Memorial Funeral Home 8408 Covington Rd.
