Sandra Smith (Smith) Smith's Obituary
Sandra Lee Smith, 54, of Fort Wayne, passed on Wednesday, November 28, 2012 at Lutheran Hospital. Born in Flemington, New Jersey she was the daughter of the late, Harry and Alice Smith. She was a member of Good Shepherd United Methodist Church and was a LPN at Woodview Health Care.
She is survived by her husband of 38 years, Gary Smith; daughter, Katie (Robert) Ayienda of Fort Wayne; three bothers; three sisters; and two sweet grandchildren, Robbie and Saidi.
Memorial Service is 5 p.m. Tuesday, December 4, 2012 at Good Shepherd United Methodist Church, 4700 Vance Ave., with calling one hour prior. She will be laid to rest at Covington Memorial Gardens.
