Scott (Scottie) A. Spisak, 50, of Fort Wayne, passed away on Jan. 21, 2022 at Lutheran Hospital following a month long illness. He was born on Nov. 22, 1971, to Alan and Kathleen Spisak in Lyndhurst, Ohio.

Scottie moved with his family to southwest Fort Wayne in 1980. He attended Homestead High School graduating in 1991. He was self-employed for the last 17 years as a local delivery driver.  Scottie was an avid Harley Davidson enthusiast, enjoyed watching WWE wrestling, and hanging/riding motorcycles with his friends.

Scottie is survived by his son Skyeler Spisak; 3 daughters, Ellissia Wisniewski, Larissa Keener, and Cassidy Vachon; a brother Jeff (Kristen) Spisak, two nieces; several cousins.  He was preceded in death by his parents Alan and Kathleen Spisak.
