Sharon "Sheree" Lynn (Wendt) Fate-Vargo, 50, passed Tuesday, May 16, 2017 at Parkview Regional Medical Center. She was born in Paynesville, Ohio, daughter to Frederick William Wendt IV and Janice Marie (Fisher) Wendt of Eatonton, Georgia. After receiving her Bachelors in Psychology, she then went on to help in after care programs at schools in South Bend.

She is survived by her daughters, Alexis Lauren Vargo and Jordan Dawn Vargo both of Granger; son, Zachery Michael Fate of Phoenix, Arizona; parents, Fred and Janice Wendt; brother, Fred (Jamie) W. Wendt V of Greensboro, Georgia; and niece and nephew, Fred VI and Abbey Wendt.

She was preceded in death by a daughter, Courtney Rae Fate.
