Sharon Lee Runge, 78, passed away Thursday, August 17, 2017. She was born May 18, 1939 in Auburn, IN to the late Raymond and Nona Kizer. Sharon was a member of St. Matthew''s Lutheran Church. She had a passion for Ft. Wayne Komets Hockey, cruises and horses.

Surviving are her children, Christina (Richard) Scherer, Scott (Theresa) Runge, Daniel Runge, Vicki (Todd) Runge-Helgeson, siblings, Mickey (Arlene) Kizer, Patty (Glenn) Roberts, Ron Kizer, Becky Reincke, Daryl Kizer, Doyle (Marise) Kizer, Dale (Lisa) Kizer, 10 grandchildren, Ryan (Lindsey), Zachary (Shelby), Stephanie, Hannah, Allie, Gracie, Brandon (Amy), Tyler, Meghan, MaKayla and 1 great-grandson Lucas She was preceded in death by her husband Elmer G. Runge in 1976 and a brother Wayne Kizer.

Funeral service will be 1:00 p.m. Thursday, August 24, 2017 at St. Matthew''s Lutheran Church 2305 Goshen Rd. with viewing from 11:00 a.m. until service. Burial will be in Covington Memorial Gardens Cemetery. Preferred memorial are to; St. Matthew''s Lutheran Church.
