Shirley Mae Cunningham, 81, died Wednesday February 25, 2015, surrounded by her family. Shirley was born December 7, 1933 in Kendallville, IN to the late Raymond and Hazel Hart. She was an avid reader and sewer.

Surviving is her husband Donald Cunningham, children, Steven and Mark Cunningham, Jodie McDonald, grandchildren Ryan, Andrew, Clara and great-grandchildren, Grace, Isaac, Sam and Raymond siblings, Larry (Shelia) Hart, Jerry (Jo) Hart, and Mary Moses. She was preceded in death by a sister, Helen Langheim and a brother Robert Hart.

Service will be 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, March 3, 2015 at Covington Memorial Funeral Home 8408 Covington Rd. with calling 1 hour prior to service. There is also calling Monday 2-7 p.m. February 2, 2015 at the funeral home. Entombment will be in Covington Memorial Gardens. Preferred memorials are to DeKalb Hospice.
