Shirley Jane Rasp, 74, passed away January 8, 2010, following a brief illness with her husband at her side. She was a very active member of the United Faith Presbyterian Church. A loving wife and homemaker, who also volunteered at the Fort Wayne American Red Cross. She is survived by her husband of 38 years, Donald Rasp of Wolcottville; sons, Chris and Steve Sprunger both of Fort Wayne and Tim Sprunger of Port Charlotte, Fla.; sister, Barbara Kunkel of Fort Wayne; and three grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Richard Sprunger, in 1969; one brother; and one sister. Service is 11:00 a.m. Monday, at Covington Memorial Funeral Home, 8404 Covington Road, Fort Wayne, with calling one hour prior. Calling also from 2-5 p.m. Sunday the funeral home.
