Sidney B. Williams, 86, passed away on Wednesday, February 1, 2023 at Parkview Randallia in Fort Wayne, IN. He was born in Montego Bay, Jamaica to the late Cyrus and Hilda Williams. Sidney married Mildred (Wright) Williams on March 27, 1968. He worked as a supervisor for Connor Corporation. Surviving are his wife, Mildred Williams; children, Willie Long, Allen Long, Bob (Charlene) Williams, Delores Long, Dorothy Long, and Phyllis Black; 3 grandchildren, Domonique Williams, Isis Black and Osiris Black; siblings, Ida Lamber, Norma Williams and Enid Brown; and a host of grandchildren, great-granchildren, nieces and nephews. Sidney was also preceded in death by his brothers, Noel Erskin and Dennis Williams; and sister, Gloria Jackson. Home Going 11:00am, Monday, February 6, 2023 at True Love Baptist Church, 715 E Wallace Street, Fort Wayne, IN 46803 with visitation a half an hour prior to the service. Burial in Covington Memorial Gardens. Arrangements have been entrusted to Covington Memorial Funeral Home.
