Steve T. Gause died Sunday September 12, at the Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis. He was in Administration for the Ft. Wayne Community Schools for 25 years and was a veteran of the Vietnam War. Surviving are his wife of 14 years Shirley Gause, Hoagland, IN, sons, Jim (Nancy) Marshall, Steven Gause, both of Ft. Wayne, daughters, Karen (Chris) Rapson, Ft. Wayne, Tiffany (Phillip) Lechuga, West Lafayette, IN, Carol Schmidt, Roanoke, IN, brother, Ken (Monica) Gause, Decatur, IN, 10 grandchildren, Julie, Jessica and Samantha Marshall, Nicholas and Anthony Baron, Lauren, Matthew and Noah Steven Rapson, Gabriel and Donovan Lechuga, 1 great-grandchild due January 1st. 2011. Celebration of life will begin at 4:00 p.m. Sunday September 19 at the Hoagland Community Church, 11104 Hoagland Rd. Hoagland, IN 46745 with time of remembering 2 hour prior to service.
