Steven L. Haifley, 78, of Fort Wayne passed away Friday, December 4, 2020 at Coventry Meadows.  Steven was born August 24, 1942 in Fort Wayne and was a son of the late Roger and Mary (Kemp) Haifley.  He was a mechanic working first for International Harvester and then other local companies as a mechanic and driver.  Surviving is his daughter, Kimberly Bailey; son, Paul (wife, Marcia) Haifley; brother, Tom (wife, Twila) Haifley; sister, Patty (husband, Steve) Tone; and grandchildren, Sierra; Amber; Paige; Trey; Derek; Devin; Megan; Kayeloni; Kamile; Mike; Tyler; and Kelsey, and great granddaughter, Ruby.  He was preceded in death by his wife, Becky, son, Chris Haifley, and daughter, Kelly Kipp.  A memorial service will be held at a later date in August 2021.  Entombment will be in Covington Memorial Gardens.  Arrangements are by Covington Memorial Funeral Home 8408 Covington Rd.
