Thelma M. Coak, age 76, passed away at Bethlehem Woods Nursing Home in Ft. Wayne on September 28, 2009 at 3:36 AM. She was born October 7, 1932 in Pauding, OH to Irvin and Agnes Barker Harshman, who preceded her in death. She was a Cook and worked at many different restuarants through the years. She was married to Duane Coak who preceded her in death in 2004. She was an avid reader and loved to crochet. She is surviverd by her sons, Letis "Skip" (Suzanne)of Ft. Wayne, James (Lori) of Brooksville, FL, and Morris "Bud" (Brenda) of Ft. Wayne; one daughter Deborah (Teirry) Perrier of Brooksville, FL, 9 Grandchildren, 8 Great Grandchildren and 1 Great Great Grandchild. Private family services will be held at a later date.
