Thomas Owen Hansen, 76, passed peacefully Thursday, June 13, 2019.  Born in Saginaw, Michigan he was a son to the late Melvin and Harriet Hansen.  He served his country in the Army during Vietnam Era, Tom was active in The Vermont State Guard, and Indiana Guard Reserve. He graduated from Concordia Lutheran High School. Tom received his Bachelor's in Radio and Television Journalism from Ball State University.  He had worked at various T.V. stations from Michigan, Ohio, New York, Vermont, Indiana and to Grand Cayman Island.  Locally he had worked for WKJG-TV and WFFT-TV. He was the co-owner with wife Pam for 12 Years at Copy Ship Fax Plus in Burlington Vermont. After moving back to Fort Wayne he worked for Coldwell Banker Roth Wehrly Graber.

Tom is survived by his devoted wife of 43 years, Pamela Hansen; son and daughter in law, Richard and Lesli Hansen; and grandchildren Shannon, Brooklynn, and Logan.

Tom was preceded in death by brother, James Hansen.

He will be laid to rest at Covington Memorial Gardens.

Preferred memorials to Cancer Services of Northeast Indiana or Concordia Lutheran High School.

A Celebration will be held at a later date.
