Thomas Purdham, 87 of Fort Wayne passed away Saturday, February 7, 2026 at Parkview Regional Medical Center. He was born on September 2, 1938, in Kalamazoo, Michigan, a son of the late Fountain and Ola (Wilson) Purdham.

Tom had a successful career as a design engineer with Navistar and International Harvester. He was a very special and wonderful person who loved his family unconditionally. He enjoyed traveling across the country, often visiting remote locations, golf, bowling and spending time at the lake boating. He was a perfectionist and expected nothing less.

He is survived by his wife of 67 years, Mary Ann, daughter, Kari (Steve) Incremona; four grandchildren, Joseph (Jenny) Mason, Matthew Mason, Alex (Nicole) Mason and Nicholas Mason, four great-grandchildren, Jaylynn, Conner, Annlee and Easton. He was preceded in death by a son, Scott (Lisa) and three siblings, Dick Purdham, Sue Catton and James Purdham.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
