Surviving are her daughter, Sarah Wilson, New Haven, IN, father, Edward Chaffer, Valparaiso, IN 4 grandchildren, Kaylin, Megan, Tyler, Madison. She was preceded in death by her husband, Rick Theobald. Services are 1:00 p.m. Wednesday at Covington Memorial Funeral Home 8408 Covington Rd. with calling 1 hour prior to service. Burial in Covington Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
