Violet B Tracy, 97, died Friday, March 11, 2016 at Lutheran Life Villages. She was born in Portland, daughter of the late William and LuLu (Jellison) Macy. She retired from Fort Wayne National Bank as a teller after 25 years of service. Violet enjoyed dancing, especially ballroom and square dancing.

She is survived by her, grandchildren, Marcus Tracy of Fort Wayne and Jennifer (Scott) Proffitt of Roanoke; 3 great grandchildren, Noah, Cameron and Spencer; and a daughter in law, Elaine Tracy of Fort Wayne.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Mark T. Tracy, in 1974; and her son, Gary Tracy, in 2015

Violet was laid to rest at Greenlawn Memorial Park.
