Warren G. Antoine, 88, died Monday February 20, 2012 at his home. Born February 6, 1924 in Paulding City, Ohio to the late Joseph and Lelah Antoine. Warren graduated in 1942 from Central High School. He was a 41 year employee of G.E. He was an Air Force Veteran, a Tail Gunner B-17 "Flying Fortress" an honored veteran of the Distinguished Flying Cross and Air Medal and "Flying Goldfish Award" for ditching a plane in the English Channel. He was a member of American Legion #82, VFW #857, and AMVETS #0055 and #457 Bomb Group. Surviving are his daughters, Denise (Dan Gutierrez) Antoine, Susan Adkins, both of Ft. Wayne, IN, grandchildren, Cory Houser, Jacob Houser, Megan, Parish, Austin Parish and 2 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife, Hilda, son Jerry, 1 sister and 2 brothers.
