Wayne Dennis Osborn, 78, passed away on Saturday, September 21, 2019.  A native of Harvey, IL; Dennis was most recently a resident of Valrico, FL after leaving Fort Wayne, IN back in 1998. Dennis was a member of Brandon Elks Lodge #2383 and the Lodge Advisor and was PDDGER for Florida Elks.

Dennis is survived by his son, Steven Osborn; step-son, Bill Hardin; daughter, Brenda Hand; step-daughters, Teri Hardin and Kim Bebout; 3 grandchildren; 4 step-grandchildren; 1 step-great-grandson and very special friend, Michelle Petrelis.

Funeral services will be held Monday September 30th 2019, at 11:00 A.M., At covington Memorial Funeral Home with the family receiving friends one hour prior to services.
