William B. Jones Jr, 93, of Bloomington, formerly of Fort Wayne, died June 3, 2007 at Richland Bean Blossom Health Care Center in Ellettsville. Born Feb.14, 1914 in Mt Vernon, IN, he was a WW II Army Air Corps veteran and worked for the IRS as an agent, retiring in 1977 after 37 years of service. He is survived by a daughter, Denise Sawyer of Bloomington; a son, Darryl Jones of Freedom; grandchildren, David and Michael Sawyer and Aaron and Hannah Jones. He was preceded in death by his wife, Edna and his sisters Genevieve Pio, Lillian Jacobson, and Rosemary Broxon.
