FORT WAYNE
William R. Lutz, 82, of Rome City and formerly of Fort Wayne, died Saturday June 23, 2007 at Hospice Home. Born March 13, 1925 in Fort Wayne, he was a U.S. Navy Veteran and was an Engineer with General Motors for 30 years. He is survived by a brother, Robert E. (Martha) Lutz; nieces, Elizabeth Ray, Sandra Chapman, Grace Davenport, and Karen Silvers; nephews, John Lutz and Steve McNett; close friends, Soad Davison, Renda DiBrizzi and Tiffiny Davison. Service Thursday 1 p.m. with calling one hour prior at Covington Memorial Funeral Home 8408 Covington Rd. Burial in Covington Memorial Gardens. Memorials to Visiting Nurse and Hospice Home.
