William (Bill) Byron Stratton, 74, of Ft. Wayne, died Monday, May 30, 2022.

William was born July 29, 1947 to Paul and Betty Stratton in Hagerstown, Indiana.

He was employed by various employers including working in finance, car sales, and insurance adjustments. He retired in 2005. He enjoyed working with people. He also enjoyed golf, traveling all over, spending time with his family and NASCAR.

William is survived by his wife (of nearly 31 years) Mary Stratton, Children: Beth (Daniel) Hamilton, Meredith (Ken) Trainer, Sue (Andy) Keller, Jeremy (Missy) Westafer, Amanda (Jake) Felkner and Katherine (Phil) Turcotte. Grandchildren: Morgan and Paige Keller, Lillian and Adara Hamilton, Taylor Westafer, Cameron Trainer and Samantha Hake, Riley and Cain Felkner. Sister: Susie (Jim) Auman.

William was preceded in death by his parents Paul and Betty Stratton and grandson Wesley Trainer.
