William "Bill" Thomas Ervin, 65, passed away Tuesday, June 12, 2018.  He was born on January 31, 1953 in Huntington, to the late Thomas and Barbara (Garrison)  Ervin.  Bill retired in March 2018 after 25 years of service at Essex Wire.  Bill was a member of Crescent Avenue United Methodist Church.

Surviving is his wife, Kathy M. (Sarrazin) Ervin; daughter, Kimberly Bradford; son, Charles Ervin; and granddaughter, Raven Bradford; and a nephew James Ervin.

Bill was preceded in death by a brother, Ralph Ervin; and a sister, Linda Weber.

Funeral service will be 1:00 p.m. Saturday, June 16, 2018, Covington Memorial Funeral Home, 8408 Covington Road, with calling starting at 11 a.m., till service time.   Pastor Mark Gough will be officiating.  He will be laid to rest at Covington Memorial Gardens.  Preferred memorials are for the Crescent United Methodist Church.
