Wilma L. Habeger, 83, died on Friday, December 19, 2014 at Heritage Park. Born in Fort Wayne, she was a daughter of the late, William & Letha (Loyer) Paxson. She was a member of the Calvary United Methodist Church of Winchester Road. She was a wonderful homemaker for her family an avid reader; she had a knack for arts and crafts, liked John Wayne cowboy movies, knitter and loved to start her day with the newspaper and coffee.

She is survived by her son, Robert (Gail) Habeger; grandchildren, Bethany and David Habeger; great grandson, Matthew; and a sister, Jeanette Butler.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 49 years, William P. Habeger, in 2000; son, Daniel, in 2010; and a brother, James Paxson.

Funeral Service is 1 p.m., Tuesday, December 23, 2014 at Covington Funeral Home, 8408 Covington Road, with calling two hours prior. Pastor Bob Arenobine will be officiating. She will be laid to rest at Covington Memorial Gardens. Preferred memorials are to Heritage Park.
