Formerly of Fort Wayne, she is survived by her sons Terry Fowler of Ponte Vedra Beach, FL and Frank Fowler of Jacksonville, FL; and daughter Pamela Burris of Indianapolis. A graveside service will be held at 1:00p.m. Monday, May 4, 2009 at Covington Memorial Gardens.
